Suspended ceiling decoration process flow

(I) structure of suspended ceiling

? The suspended ceiling is generally composed of three parts: suspender, skeleton and surface course

1. Suspender

(1) function of suspender: bear the load of ceiling surface and keel frame, and transmit this load to the load-bearing structure of the roof

(2) material of suspenders: most of them use reinforcement

2. Skeleton

? The role of the skeleton: bear the load of the ceiling surface, and transmit the load to the roof bearing structure through the suspender

? Materials of skeleton: Wooden dragon skeleton, light steel keel frame, aluminum alloy keel frame, etc

? Framework structure: it mainly includes the grid system formed by the main keel, secondary keel and joists, secondary joists and small shelves. Light steel keel and aluminum alloy keel are used in T-type, U-type, lt type and various special-shaped keels

3. Surface course

? Function of surface layer: decorate indoor space, as well as sound absorption, reflection and other functions

? Surface materials: gypsum board, fiberboard, plywood, calcium plastic board, mineral wool sound absorption, aluminum alloy and other metal plates, PVC plastic plates, etc

? The form of surface course: strip type, rectangular type, etc

(II) construction technology of suspended ceiling

(1) light steel keel, aluminum alloy keel ceiling:

?? Snap line → Install boom → Install keel frame → Install the panel

(2) PVC plastic plate ceiling:

?? Snap line → Install the main beam → Install the wooden dragon skeleton → Install the plastic plate

(III) key points of construction

?? First, the elevation line should be snapped on the wall, the pressure lines should be fixed at both ends of the wall, and the cement nails should be used to fix it firmly with the wall. According to the design elevation, snap a line around the wall as the standard line for ceiling installation, and its horizontal allowable deviation ± 5 mm

?? In case of suspended ceiling of caisson, the batten shall be fixed from the bottom, and the internal and external corners shall be connected with battens. Pay attention to reserve the exit of the lighting line. When the ceiling area is large, the keel should be laid in the middle

?? The distance between lifting points should be rechecked. Generally, the ceiling without access is 1200~1500 mm, and the ceiling with access is 900~1200 mm

?? Before panel installation, check the installed keel and panel plate, and install it after it meets the requirements
